My Easter weekend project is finished! I wanted to complete this little puppy quilt for my dogs and here it is. I quilted an all-over paisley for the first time without using a panto and I am pretty happy with how it turned out. I think I will try to make the pattern a little smaller the next time. I also machine stitched the binding since I wanted it to be more durable for the dogs. It was so much faster than doing it by hand, I think I have found a new favorite way to sew on binding (thanks Mom). Now I wait and see if Kalie will lay on it or push it off her pillow!
I just finished quilting this little quilt, perfect for a tractor loving boy who turns four soon! I think he will love it for snuggling on the couch with. I backed it with a brown polar fleece and used a pattern called “flames”. I can’t wait to give it to him, just have to do the binding and I’ll be all done.
